Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, and unused in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Used, washed, altered, customized, clearance/final sale items, or products returned without original packaging are not eligible unless required by law.

Return Process

Contact customer support with your order number, reason for return, and photographs if applicable. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Refunds

After inspection, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Defective or incorrect items may be exchanged subject to stock availability.
